This all-levels class is perfect for beginners as well as those already familiar with yoga. It will be tailored to the needs and wishes of the students, while focusing on linking breath to posture. The practice is dedicated to body awareness and self-improvement, with a focus on developing core strength and balance. Each class will include challenges for those who wish to explore their practice. Tools and props will be offered to deepen stretch and build strength.
Please bring a mat, blocks and a strap if you have them. Some extra mats and props will be available.
